News: Gymnastics festival
Congratulations and well done to all pupils who participated in the gymnastics festival today at Delyn Gymnastics club. They should all be extremely proud of themselves, for their hard work and performances on vault and floor. It was also lovely to see them supporting each other during the event.
Children from Ysgol Brynffordd were awarded the following medals:
Bronze Level
Shape routine – Bronze and Silver
Tumble – Silver and Gold
Overall award – Bronze and Silver
Silver Level
Shape routine – Bronze, Silver and Gold
Tumble – Silver and Gold
Vault – Silver
Overall – Bronze, Silver and Gold
After competing, the children were given the opportunity to try out the gymnastics equipment at Delyn gym club including trampolines, beams, bars and vault, which the children all thoroughly enjoyed.
Thank you to all parents and grandparents who were able to help with transport, and to Mrs Maddocks for supporting us.

News: Nant BH Final day
What a fantastic couple of days we have had at Nant BH. The children have been busy packing and doing jobs around the centre this morning. The sun finally came out for our orienteering activities this morning.
We are now on route back to school and hope to be back around 14:15.

News: Nant BH Day 2
Well it’s been a full on day with gorge walking this morning in Afon Ddu, zip wire and mid and high ropes this afternoon.
Tonight, we’ve been on a night walk and then the children were able to buy some souvenirs and play in the games room back at the centre. We finished the evening with a lovely hot chocolate and biscuits.
We’ve had a great day and are looking forward to our last day of activities tomorrow.

News: Nant BH Trip Day 1
We arrived safely at Nant BH and have had a busy first day from making beds, organising equipment, walking around Cwm Idwal and participating in a nighttime orienteering picture quiz.
All children are having a fabulous time and are embracing the outdoors and learning how to be more independent.
