News: School Calendar
Dear Parents and Carers,
We are currently in the process of updating and improving our website.
In addition to our newsletter, we will now be using the Calendar section to keep you informed about important dates throughout the academic year. You can access the calendar on our website at any time.
You also have the option to subscribe to the calendar, allowing you to sync it directly with your own device. This way, you’ll always have the latest dates at your fingertips.
Please refer to the attached document for guidance on how to subscribe to the calendar.
If you need further assistance please contact the school office.
Many thanks,
Mrs Lloyd
News: Eco Day thanks
We would like to say a huge thank you for all your kind donations in support of our whole school Eco Day. Due to your kindness the children have been able to plant, clear, paint and participate in mindful activities. The children and staff have thoroughly enjoyed and worked hard to tidy our school grounds. We appreciate and are grateful for your ongoing support.
We will be continuing with eco- themed activities in our classes tomorrow afternoon. Children to wear school uniform as normal please.
Diolch yn fawr.
News: Upcoming Events
Eco Day,Wednesday 21st May
On Wednesday 21st May we are hosting a whole school Eco Day to clean up our school grounds. On the day, children will need to wear old clothes which they can get dirty. They will need to have a sun hat, water bottle and be wearing sun cream. To support us with our event, we would be grateful for donations of any of the following items,
-
Wool
-
Plant pots
-
Bedding plants or seeds
-
Compost
-
Outdoor paints of any colour (if you have any left over in tins we may be able to make use of them)
We would welcome any donations to be dropped off at school week beginning 19th May in the lead up to Eco Day.
Dydd Gwener Ffrwythau, Friday 23rd May
Dydd Gwener Ffrwythau is a chance for the children to purchase a healthy morning-break snack and is an opportunity to encourage the children to use Welsh when ordering their fruit. The children who would like to purchase a snack pot will need to bring in 50p on Tuesday 20th May. We are operating a pre-pay ticket system to ensure we cater for the number of children who wish to take part in this initiative.
