News: North Wales Police Information

We have been asked to share the following message with you by North Wales Police

Community Message From North Wales Police:

We would like to remind you of the following to try to ensure your safety:-

“Can I car share with work colleagues from a different household to travel to and from work?”

– This is not recommended as it is difficult to maintain social distancing.  If you normally share a vehicle with people from other households for essential journeys, we recommend you find a different way to travel.  However, we recognise that there are times when travelling in a car with others can’t be avoided.  Please see the guidance on traveling safely – https://gov.wales/travelling-safely-coronavirus-guidance-public

If you are travelling on public transport it is advised by Welsh Government that you wear a face mask.

The below link takes you to the Welsh Government frequently asked questions page and this page is constantly updated as the First Minister makes adjustments.

It is still very important to socially distance from other people, the below guidance is for everyone, including children.  It advises on social distancing measures we should all be taking to reduce social interaction between people in order to reduce the transmission of Covid-19.

If you think you may have Coronavirus and have life threatening symptoms you should call 999.

If you have mild-moderate symptoms do not go to your GP. You can complete the self-symptom checker online to help you.  You can also ring the 111 helpline for advice.
