Class 3: Colomendy Day 2 update

We’ve had another great day and the sun was even shining!! Activities yesterday included Bushcraft, buggy building, crate stack, Colomendy skittles, abseiling, leap of faith and we finished the day with a campfire, singing songs and toasting marshmallows.
Looking forward to our final day of activities which include caving and archery.

NEWS: Easter fun!

Hello Everyone,
Hope you are looking forward to the Easter Bingo arranged by FOBS on Thursday 21st… Eyes down at 5pm…all welcome.

On Thursday, we are also having an Easter fun afternoon for the children – the children have designed and made games that each class can have a go at,  cost of 50p a go….. We have also got two lovely raffle hampers made by Mrs Maddocks for the children to try and win…. 25p per raffle ticket or £1.00 for a strip of tickets.
Hoping to have an enjoyable last couple of days of the term whilst raising funds for our school.

Class 3: Colomendy trip

We’ve had a great first day with the pupils developing their independent skills making beds and tidying away after tea. The pupils were split into two groups with Group 1 completing abseiling and Group 2 taking a ‘Leap of Faith’. The evening activities involved creating group contracts and rocket building. We’re having a great time and looking forward to the fun and full packed activities planned for today!

All of the children had a great day yesterday, either abseiling or completing the Leap of Faith. They then made water rockets in the evening. All have slept well and have a very busy day ahead, so are currently eating their breakfast! The wifi is intermittent at Colomendy, but they will try to post some pictures to the website later.
