Being active makes you feel good. Get moving - dance, sing; step outside - go for a walk, a run or cycle.Learning something new can be fun, make you feel good and build your confidence.
Take time for yourself, notice things around you and savour the moment.
Make time to connect with friends and family to help enrich your day.
Acts of kindness, helping others or even volunteering can make you feel happier.

The Betsi Cadwaldr University Health Board and the Local Authorities across North Wales are working together to ensure your children have the support and help that they need at hand. This programme of work includes developing a framework of information and support directly related to emotional health and well-being, we want you to be part of this. Emotional health and well-being describes how we think, feel and relate to ourselves and others and how we interpret the world around us. Having good emotional health helps to cope with change and major life events, it also contributes to good physical health.

When we have all your feedback we will have a better understanding of the best way to assist our community, and make a better support framework for you and your children.
