We are surveying parents and carers of children who fall within the following age brackets 0 -3, 4 – 7, 12 – 15 and 16 – 18. If you have more than one child that fall into one or more of the age brackets, please can you complete a survey per child. To complete the survey more than once please click on submit on the final page of the survey and then return to this email and click on the link to start again.
Your response will help shape the project towards providing better support and help for you and your children in the future.
“Your child‘s well-being is of great importance to you and us.
Please help us by spending just a few minutes answering some relevant questions.”
The 5 Ways to Well-being (shown below) are a great way to promote good emotional health and well-being every day. You can find out more here:5 Ways to Wellbeing – Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (nhs.wales)
The Betsi Cadwaldr University Health Board and the Local Authorities across North Wales are working together to ensure your children have the support and help that they need at hand. This programme of work includes developing a framework of information and support directly related to emotional health and well-being, we want you to be part of this. Emotional health and well-being describes how we think, feel and relate to ourselves and others and how we interpret the world around us. Having good emotional health helps to cope with change and major life events, it also contributes to good physical health.
When we have all your feedback we will have a better understanding of the best way to assist our community, and make a better support framework for you and your children.
Thank you for your time.
