St David’s Day
 Well done to everyone for the wonderful St David’s Day celebration we held in school on Wednesday 1^st March.   The children performed so well and it was such a pleasure to welcome everyone into school.  Diolch yn fawr.
World Book Day.
Once again, the children have had a wonderful day showing and sharing their books. They have all been busy working on activities to celebrate the day. We have had some super costumes and the children all looked wonderful.

Please find attached the term dates, training days and bank holidays for 2023-2024, this is also on the school website along with 2022-2023 term dates and training days.  Please note the changes to this years due to the Kings Coronation.

I would like to say a massive congratulations  to all pupils who represented Brynford at the Flintshire Junior Gymnastics  festival today at Flint High school.
The pupils competed at either bronze 
or silver level and achieved the following results.
Bronze level
Vault      – 1^st and 2nd Tumble  – 3rd Overall   – 3rd
Silver level
Vault      – 1st, 2^nd and 3^rd  Shapes  – 2^nd and 3rd Tumble  – 1st, 2^nd and 3^rd  Overall   – 1st, 2^nd and 3rd
What amazing results! We are proud of every single one of you. For some girls this was their first time 
ever competing in a gymnastics event so Da iawn!
The pupils also had the opportunity to  have a go on the beam, vault and bars.
We’ve had a great afternoon with Delyn Gymnastics club coaches and volunteers.
